01. Customer Introduction
The customer is a leading service provider in warehousing solutions and third-party logistics. They have a strong presence across India and offer a wide range of services not limited to storage, transportation, distribution, and inventory management to customers across industry Verticals. The client had a requirement to position themselves in line with the new corporate brand guidelines through the corporate website which would showcase the capabilities and services to potential customers and partners.
02. Requirements
– The existing website didn’t represent their brand identity and with the new brand positioning, they wanted to strengthen their presence through their website.
– Intent to enhance and augment the user experience by mapping the user journeys across user personas and make it easy for all the users to seamlessly navigate through the website.
– Revamping the existing information architecture and re-aligning it with their company positioning objectives
– Have seamless user experience across devices including laptop, desktop, mobile phone and tablets.
– Focus on increasing the organic traffic by blending the UX design with an SEO-first approach and ensure that the website on-page optimization is taken care of as a part of the website project.
– Adhere to the new brand guidelines while creating the new website
– Using WordPress CMS for backend development with primary focus on Security, Web Pages Speed Optimization and Search Engine Optimization
– Integration of Third-Party Applications like Hubspot CRM, and WhatsApp Chatbot.
03. The Solution
We began the project by conducting primary and secondary research to understand the user behaviour, needs and expectations of the target audience. The following points have been implemented to ensure the successful completion of the project:
– Designed clean and intuitive navigation that helped users to find the right information at the right place. Also, simplified the information architecture for the purpose of ease of navigation.
– Designed a responsive website that is compatible with all screen sizes and devices, ensuring that users have a seamless experience irrespective of the devices used.
– Followed a user-centric design approach by involving the actual users throughout the design process including the validation of wireframes and prototypes. We also conducted usability testing to ensure that the user journey is clean, easy and addressing the needs of the target audience.
– Created a visual design that aligned well with the new brand identity and communicated the key messages effectively and efficiently. A good amount of time was spent on ensuring the selection of high-quality images and videos that highlighted the client’s capabilities and services.
– Created multiple contact forms on the website to ensure the ease of reaching out to the company and generate more leads. The relevant fields were identified basis the user testing which was later mixed with the lead qualification parameters to avoid the inflow of irrelevant leads.
– Optimized the website for search engines from on-page perspective, including the implementation of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity. The purpose was to ensure that the new website launch should not have any impact on the existing ranking and yet derive better results in the coming times.

04. The Result
The new website was appreciated by the client and their customers. The user-centric design approach helped us to create the website that was easy to use and addressed the needs of the target audience. The clean navigation and contact forms made it easy for different stakeholders to find the required information and get in touch with the company. The on-page SEO optimization led to an increase in website’s organic traffic which resulted in more leads and business revenue. Overall, the UX design based corporate website helped client in augmenting their digital identity by effectively communicating the capabilities and services through design, imagery and text messaging.
